New to the studio? Please arrive 15 minutes before your session starts so that we can show you around our gorgeous space. If you’re new to Pilates, reformer, or TRX, that’ll also give us time to show you the equipment.
Seasoned vet? We just ask that you give yourself a couple of minutes before the session starts so that you can start to switch into Pilates mode, helping you to better enjoy your session.

We can give you a 2-3 minute grace period if you’ve been to the studio before. Anything after that would be too late to participate in the warmup fully and becomes a safety hazard. Unfortunately, newbies will not be granted this grace period as we won’t have been able to do a proper screening or equipment induction.

Congratulations! What an exciting time! Ahead of visiting the studio or booking classes, please be sure to speak to your health care professional to decide if/what exercise is right for you during this time. If they give you the go on dynamic Pilates, just let us know by emailing proof of medical approval.
Our cardio-heavy days, i.e. Tabata Tuesday and HIIT Thursday should be avoided from the 2nd trimester onwards. Otherwise, you’re welcome to join other sessions/days! Please reach out or pop into the studio so we can also walk you through some pregnancy safe modifications.
